Functions available on every plan

All plans include the same operating features. The administrator configures certificates, licenses and access policies in the portal; the team only sees what is authorized in Certward Desktop. Plans differ in capacity, and Business also includes priority support.

  • Encrypted storage for certificates and their passwords
  • Individual and group permissions with expiry dates, full access or PDF signing only, DEHú access and automation scopes
  • Domain policies and network restrictions for Desktop, using allowlists, blocklists, IP addresses or CIDR ranges
  • Authorized certificates in Desktop for individual or batch PDF signing, optional visual signatures and browser or HTTP automations
  • DEHú workflows in the portal and Desktop: manage Gran Destinatario, synchronize notifications, consult documents, add notes and send email when permitted
  • Detailed auditing by user, certificate, action, date, IP and usage context, including DEHú operations

Desktop also includes BOE search with favourites and notes, plus a hierarchical IAE/CNAE explorer with correspondences.
